Cancellation Policy
To guarantee that all students will commit to their lessons, and not cancel them unless there are extraneous circumstances. The following cancellation policy applies to all bookings: No Cancellation Fee if made outside of 24 hours from lesson time. 50% cancellation fee if made within 24 hours from lesson time. 100% cancellation fee if made after 7:00am on the day of the lesson. Please note that refunds will not be issued for missed lessons. Upon booking, the student agrees that Pure Harmony Music Studio may assign any available teacher from our faculty to conduct the session. We do not guarantee the availability of a specific instructor for any individual booking, and teacher assignments may change without prior notice.
